Selwyn College wishes to appoint a Conference and Events Office Assistant to join the College's busy Conference and Events Office. A strong team player, the post holder will be responsible for the provision of general administration for the Conference & Events Office, to ensure the smooth running of all functions for both internal and external clients.

Applicants must have a meticulous eye for detail and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and IT skills. To be successful in the role the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with students, Fellows, Staff and visitors to the College is essential.

There is the opportunity for salary progression through performance-based increments. In addition, the College offers excellent benefits including an occupational pension scheme and subsidised meals.
