Location: Centre for Tropical Medicine and Global Health, Mahidol-Oxford Research Unit in the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand

We are seeking to appoint a Health Economist to join the Centre for Tropical Medicine and Global Health in Bangkok, Thailand.

You will lead the research work on health technology assessment and cost-effectiveness analyses, and policy engagement studies in the modelling group and in the MORU Network. You will be responsible for connecting the mathematical modelling outputs to economic evaluation and perform budget impact analyses. You will also participate in teaching basic and advanced economic evaluation in teaching programmes.

It is essential that you hold a related qualification to master’s level with experience working on health economics research in Thailand and Southeast Asia region. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to work to tight deadlines. You will be able to reside in Thailand with extensive travel in South East Asia.
