The College has an opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join its ambitious Kitchen team on the Pastry Section. You will assist the Executive Head Chef in delivering a wide variety of Catering in many different settings. Whether you are cooking for student Cafeteria or a Masters Dinner, the expectation is flawless catering utilising both humble and exceptional ingredients. As Chef de Partie you will be a key player in a passionate brigade, where your own food passion and interests can be nurtured and developed.
The successful applicant must possess knowledge of modern pastry techniques, current food trends and the experience appropriate for a kitchen that prepares from scratch. The post holder must have a strong understanding of Food Hygiene, Allergen Awareness and Health and Safety.
