Physiotherapists transform and enhance lives and we need your help in developing the next generation.
As the UK’s professional body and trade union for physiotherapy, we are committed to building lifelong relationships with our 60,000 members that help them achieve that potential and improve the lives of patients across the country. In this rewarding role, you can play your part by helping us build those relationships from the moment students begin their journey.
We are looking for someone with a passion for working with students and a track record of using their creative and interpersonal skills to deliver organisational goals.
This is an exciting time to join the team, as we continue to transform CSP student recruitment to a local model. By building effective relationships with universities and programme leads, student societies and local CSP teams, you can directly contribute to the success of this initiative.
Working with another Student Officer, you will lead on the co-ordination and delivery of university visits across the UK to recruit student members. You will play a key role in supporting student engagement with the aim of supporting conversion and establishing a lifelong relationship between the CSP and each student member.
You will use your knowledge, skills and experience to undertake a wide range of engagement activities to support the CSP’s nation-wide network of students. This includes delivery of key events, training and production of resources.
The Society provides a supportive culture for your own learning, with opportunities for you to stretch yourself and test out different ways of working. We are proud to have been awarded the 2021 Best Companies One to Watch accreditation.
So, if you are looking for an exceptionally rewarding and challenging role, would enjoy working in a matrix team environment and seeing the difference your input makes, find out more about this exciting opportunity.
At the CSP our goal is to create a culture which is characterised by innovation, respect, encouragement, passion and teamwork. We all strive for continuous improvement and to be the best at everything we do. We aspire to work in a way that embodies our values of learning, courage, inclusive and integrity. Our shared values are part of our organisational DNA and reflect the expectations we have of ourselves and others. They guide what we do and how we do it to have the greatest impact for our members.
