This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving department within Student Services at the University of East Anglia. You will lead enthusiastic and skilled teams of Student Life Advisers, Residential Life Advisers and administrative support colleagues to provide a range of services supporting University students. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we deliver the highest quality service to our students.
You will play a key role in the development of policies and procedures, requiring strong analytical skills and an ability to produce robust and transparent documentation in support of those policies, regulations and procedures.
You will oversee the operational process of responding to non-academic and community complaints and will provide regulatory advice and guidance to senior colleagues on these matters.
The post is available immediately on a full-time, fixed term basis until November 2022 to cover the secondment of the current post holder and will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
A secondment will be considered, and applicants should please ensure that a secondment will be possible with their Line Manager/Head of Department, before submitting a formal application.
