Student Disability Services, within Cardiff University’s Student Life Division, are recruiting a Disability Support Supervisor. The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of the non-medical help support services, including Support Worker Service, Specialist Study Skills and Mental Health Mentoring. The post holder will also be responsible for the line management of the Support Workers and administrative staff.
The successful candidate will have significant administrative experience, excellent communication and organisational skills and will be experienced in delivering a high-quality customer focused service. A flexible approach to work and an ability to react appropriately to changing priorities will be essential.
We are seeking a candidate with enthusiasm for supporting disabled students and having a positive impact on the student experience.
The post is full time (35 hours per week) and fixed term for 3 years
Salary: £22,847 to £27,116 per annum (Grade 4)
