Based on our Buckingham Campus but some cross Campus working may be required at Crewe.
A position has arisen in our busy Assessment Office in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FMHS). This is an exciting and diverse administrative role which is crucial to the efficient implementation of our assessments. The successful candidate will be working with the Assessment Manager to prepare, deliver and process written examination papers, as well as preparing, running and processing practical assessments of competency both at the Buckingham Campus, Crewe Campus and external assessment venues.
We are looking for someone with initiative and drive, who is very organised, efficient and able to help manage events. Good IT skills are essential, including outlook, excel and databases along with MS Teams. No medical knowledge is necessary to fulfil this role.
The contract will start as soon as possible after appointment. The hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday; 35 hours per week. Some flexibility around contracted hours will be expected with time in lieu given for hours worked over and above 35.
The post will be mostly based at the Buckingham site, but will also require attendance at our Crewe Campus and partner sites, such as Milton Keynes, Stoke Mandeville and Warwick Hospitals. Candidates must be able to travel as required.
