This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable Further Education College based in West London.  Harrow and Uxbridge College is a successful, vibrant and fast-growing College providing education and training to young people. We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with generalist skills to join our friendly, supportive and busy HR team.  

Based at our Uxbridge Campus, with the requirement to work from our campuses at Harrow and Hayes, you would provide a professional and responsive HR service to staff and key stakeholders across the College.  Reporting to the HR Manager, you will undertake a wide variety of work including projects, casework, change management and employee relations, and will provide a quality advice and guidance service to managers and staff.

Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice, you will be a flexible team player with a broad generalist background in HR, sound knowledge of employment law and a good working knowledge of IT including HR systems.   A strong communicator, with the ability to influence and persuade others, you will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in our busy and dynamic team.
