Saїd Business School is recruiting for an experienced Programme Manager. This will be an exciting opportunity for you to be responsible for the management of the residential and online modules delivery of the programme. You will ensure that all elements of this delivery are briefed and completed to a high standard and that participant experience is excellent.

The role is varied and has a high level of autonomy and you will be responsible for:

  • Event Management
  • Event Team Logistics
  • Venue, Catering and Accommodation Planning
  • Webinar scheduling and Hosting for On-Line Modules
  • Participant Communications and Logistics
  • Project Management
  • Client Relationship Management

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

  • Several years’ experience in event management in Higher Education and a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with Programme participants, speakers and contractors and organisational contacts  
  • Demonstrable experience of gathering feedback, proposing and implementing changes to drive innovation in event and webinar delivery 
  • A self-driven attitude and be results oriented, having a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality output and  be able to solve problems and work calmly under pressure
