This role is responsible for leading, influencing and implementing successful student admissions strategies, within a customer service-oriented ethos in support of the prospective student journey.
As a member of the Senior Management Team within UAL’s Student Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions (SMRA) department, you will work collaboratively through effective liaison across the Colleges and central University departments. You will ensure that admissions activities directly support the conversion of applicants to enrolled students and enhance the prospective student experience through all touchpoints with the University.
You will also lead and manage the development and continuous improvement of UAL admissions policy and processes and ensure the delivery of a professional admissions service of the highest quality and standards. You are responsible for providing advice and guidance to inform the University’s responsibilities in relation to national and international admissions processes through UCAS, UKVI and the UUK Admissions Code of Practice.
