An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Digital Learning Team as a Digital Development Officer (Resource Development). The role will provide support for our online programmes and our module authors in the creation of video and audio learning materials.
You will contribute to the success of the University’s Digital Strategy and the Active Learning Framework (ALF), supporting and assisting in various key areas including the use of lecture recording and video creation ensuring we meet appropriate legislation.
You will have the opportunity to work with staff to identify new opportunities when learning technology can enhance student learning and will run training and development activities in combination with the Digital Learning Team.
You should have a passion for educational technologies and how they can enhance learning, be educated to a degree level or equivalent and have the appropriate skills and knowledge to create professional resources and videos. The ability to communicate in Welsh is also desirable, however, not essential.
