Working within the Support Services Team you will provide support to the Support Services Manager in ensuring the location’s resources and facilities are effectively managed.
About the Role
The Support Services Team provide customer service to the staff, visitors and students associated with The Open University (OU)’s Cardiff based office.
In your role of Support Services Coordinator you will work closely with the Support Services Manager in the:
Day to day supervision of the location’s resources and facilities
Coordination and responsibility for Health and Safety around the office
Coordinating and undertaking Display Screen Equipment Assessments
Developing of and maintaining relationships with Contract Managers and supervising all visitors and contractors to site
Managing the work of the Support Services Assistants on a daily basis
Welsh Language skills are desirable
