The Role and Department: Student Support and Wellbeing (SSW) Directorate
Applications are invited for a Student Support (SS) IT System Senior Manager working within the SSW Directorate. The Directorate brings together SS services from across the institution and incorporates the SSW team, the Counselling and Mental Health Service, the Disability Support Service and the Student Conduct Office. The role sits within the SSW team providing strategic leadership and oversight to the pan-University SSW services that are delivered by colleges and faculties/academic departments, ensuring that these work effectively with services within the SSW Directorate and across the University.
Working in partnership with the Computing and Information Services (CIS) and the 3rd party system provider, the postholder will support the implementation and then be responsible for the ongoing development of the new Student Relationship Management (SRM) system, which will be based on the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
