The journey to becoming a World Changer starts with our recruitment team, and as a result of continued growth, we’re looking for Adam Smith Career Development Fellow.

We expect the candidate will effectively contribute to the teaching portfolio that enhances the student experience at the UG or PGT level. For appointment at Grade 8, the post-holder will work independently, playing a leading role in developing the research, and make a significant contribution to the management and direction of the complex and challenging project(s) as opportunities allow. The successful candidate will hold a PhD (or be very close to completion).
These are 2-year developmental appointments. These roles do not transition automatically to open-ended contracts at the end of the scheme. However, the School expects that fellows will have opportunities, subject to progress and funding, to pursue open ended appointments at UofG or externally with other institutions.
