The post is full time and has funding until 8 January 2025 in the first instance.
In this role, you will contribute to exciting research project “An Adsorption-Compression Cold Thermal Energy Storage System (ACCESS”) funded by EPSRC in the UK working with Professor Zhibin Yu. This role requires expert and hands-on experience in thermodynamic modelling and experimental research on vapour compression and/or adsorption refrigeration technology.
The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.
