The Centre for Innovation in Education (CIE) is seeking to recruit an innovative educational developer with curriculum design experience or digital education expertise to join an established team in supporting curriculum development activity at the University of Liverpool. This is a hybrid role which requires some on campus presence (subject to operational requirement) but which also has the flexibility of some remote working.
You should be educated to degree level (or be able to provide evidence of an equivalent qualification or comparable professional experience). Sector recognised memberships such as Advance HE fellowships or CMALT are also welcome.
You will be required to support programme teams in a range of curriculum enhancement activities, including face to face workshops, online sessions as well as the development of resources to support curriculum design. We particularly welcome applications from black and minority ethnic candidates as they are currently under-represented in our team and we are actively seeking to redress this imbalance as part of our work to diversify our department and to bring in new perspectives and voices to our work.
If you have limited experience, or experience outside of the Higher Education sector, please do feel free to get in touch for an informal chat. We would very much prefer to recruit an effective team member who works well with others, and is committed to the principles and aims of the CIE; in this situation we would support you in developing your skills and knowledge where necessary.
