We are seeking an experienced Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Associate Partner to work closely with our team to deliver the University-wide Equality and Diversity (ED&I) strategy to promote and embed a diverse workforce across the University.
You will be a passionate ambassador for equality, diversity and inclusion and will work with our ED&I Partner to support the implementation of the ED&I strategy across the University. You will lead on Athena Swan and other ED&I charter marks, working closely with the organisational departmental leads to provide data and information. The role will also involve supporting the communication of ED&I across the University, providing advice, support and expertise to staff and managers.
To succeed in this role, you will have successfully demonstrated the development, implementation and monitoring of charter mark requirements, coupled with good knowledge of data analysis. You will also possess highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, instilling trust and credibility, with the ability to influence colleagues both internally and externally.
The successful post holder will have a relevant degree / experience, and be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above, or obtained EDI professional qualification. This is an ideal role for a highly motivated and inspirational individual.
