The Careers Service offers a comprehensive range of Faculty/School and centrally co-ordinated activities, opportunities and support for students to help them develop their skills and experiences in order to be successful in the world of work. We are looking to employ a technically proficient individual to lead on the development, operation and support of our IT and data management. You will have excellent data analysis skills while also having experience with developing and using databases and systems. Experience of creating and managing a series of reporting dashboards is desirable.
This role will support the integration, development and reporting for a Careers Service Management System. In addition, you will support the collection, analysis and reporting of other data to support operational delivery.
You will have to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders and be responsive and flexible to changing demands. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. A strong team ethic is required including flexibility in supporting wider aspects of the service as and when required.
