About the Department
The Department of Human Resource Management is one of NBS’ five departments with 52 academic colleagues covering a range of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour disciplines. The Department has been very successful in expanding and enhancing its activities across a range of areas including research, scholarship and commercial engagement, and plans to continue this growth over the next 5 years.
To support this growth we are looking for well-rounded academics who will excel in a recognised discipline of Human Resource Management / Organisational Behaviour, have a positive attitude, and wish to be part of a forward looking Department, a great business school community, and a caring University that prides itself on being an inclusive employer that has a strong reputation for supporting developing colleagues and their potential.
