This is a permanent, full-time role. Part-time hours maybe considered.
LSE Consulting sits within LSE Research and Innovation at the London School of Economics and Political Science. LSE Consulting has developed over the years a significant track-record of delivering consultancy and policy research projects for national and European institutions and private clients.
LSE Consulting is now seeking to recruit one full time HR and Compliance Officer to support its ongoing development and the contractual management of its projects. The post holder will be required to provide a comprehensive administration service including maintaining accurate records, dealing with correspondence, issuing contracts, tracking payments via payroll and an invoicing system and supporting the HR processes for LSE’s consulting service.
The HR and Compliance Officer will be required to ensure HR systems are maintained to a high standard, assisting with the collating and presenting of data around the employment of individuals on consulting activity.
The role requires a solid understanding of information management, ability to convey contractual and procedural information, competency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills
