We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the timetabling team to provide efficient timetabling support and room booking service to the University.
Applicants ideally would have previous scheduling experience within a higher educational setting, but not essential, a proven track record of analysing and dealing with large complex datasets would be advantageous, alongside a broad use of related IT application, including MS Office. Previous experience of providing professional customer support services within a formal organisational structure and the ability to work to a high degree of professionalism and accuracy, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines is key.
Your application will demonstrate that you can prioritise workload under pressure, good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive creative and innovative approach to problem-solving. You'll be able to work on your own initiative as well as effectively within a team, being flexible and adaptable to the workload and team requirements.
The University offers an attractive range of staff benefits, including generous annual leave, discounted Gym membership and family friendly policies. We are also open to discussing job share, flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
Informal enquiries can be made to Dr. Markus Jones, m.jones12@bradford.ac.uk.
