We are looking for an Admissions and Conversion Manager to join our Admissions team within the strategy, recruitment and communications department.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will make a positive contribution to the admissions function of the University. You will play a pivotal role in the management of admissions staff ensuring that the Admissions team offer a sector-leading service to applicants and offer-holders.
Working as part of a team within the Admissions Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the application process are administered and managed in accordance with internal university standards and external regulatory bodies. You will ensure that processes are overseen and met efficiently within deadlines including the University’s requirement to have sector leading turnaround times. You will work flexibly within the team to offer the highest levels of customer service to both external and internal users of the Recruitment, International Development and Admissions Department. You will stay up to date in terms of professional admissions practice and help to guide the admissions team in its pursuit of continuous improvement.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful individual who will make a positive contribution to the professionalism and efficiency of the Admissions Team. You should have prior knowledge of working within the Higher Education sector and have experience of working within a busy customer-focused environment. You will have a track record of delivering great customer service and experience of using management information systems such as student record databases.
