Lancaster University's People and Organisational Effectiveness (P&OE) team are looking for a HR Systems Officer to join our HR Systems Team. you will be joining us at an exciting time as we play a key role in implementing process improvements for the P&OE department and the wider University as well as supporting day to day Systems and Management Information activities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the HR & Payroll System (PeopleXD) and e-Recruitment System (Stonefish), supporting colleagues within P&OE and the wider University community to ensure effective use of the system and the associated business processes including: query resolution, data validation and system configuration.
You will also maintain and further develop the delivery of People related management information to key stakeholders both internal and external as well as ensuring that statutory data returns are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
ABOUT YOU
You will have systems experience with an interest in implementing and developing system modules to support organisational goals. You will also have experience of creating and analysing data reports using reporting tools such as Cognos and Business Objects and also be an advanced level user of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
