The post holder will have established administrative skills, be at ease working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and feel comfortable and confident to undertake training to develop a high level of IT competency using a variety of specialist software systems. The ability to work independently to a high level of detail and accuracy and as part of a busy team are key.
This role is extremely varied and the role holder will support placement administration for multiple courses. Key tasks include occupational health tracking and arranging vaccination sessions, ensuing students are cleared for DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service), supporting uniform ordering and general placement organisation/allocations. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential when liaising with students, university staff, external partners and other stakeholders.
This role is full time, and an element of time can be homebased (after a training period) by agreement with Line Manager.
