Your role as a Chef de Partie:
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking people, who have a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills who will take pride in their work and who enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You will have a passion for providing high quality food in a busy environment and have proven experience of working with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes within a busy kitchen. Due to the frequency with which the role holder will be required to drive the mobile trailers a full, current driving licence is essential for this post.
The successful candidate for this post will be expected to attend the Estates and Facilities training courses. Further details will be given at interview.
What’s in it for you
This position is offered on a permanent basis. Hours of work are part time, 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 to be arranged including regular weekends for 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility to work a range of shifts will be required.
