We are now looking for a Fabric Operative (Painter/Decorator) to join us on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week.
- THE ROLE -
You will be responsible for carrying out all forms of painting and decorating, internally and externally, within an extensive range of building of various ages and complexities. The work entails planned and reactive corrective maintenance to the buildings as well as some minor replacements /renewals. You will be required to report and/or travel to any of the University buildings/premises as directed by the line manager and to drive, when required, the University vehicles in order to complete the tasks/work.
