We are inviting applications for maternity leave cover for our HR Administration Manager.
The Opportunity
This is a critical role for the School in providing oversight and leadership of the employee journey within the School, to ensure the School is an outstanding employer and empowers people to thrive in their roles. The post holder will provide leadership of the School’s HR Administration team and functions, which includes HR administration, learning and development administration, EDI and staff engagement initiatives.
Your skills and attributes for success
You will have experience in delivering customer focussed administrative services, a thorough understanding of HR administration practices, processes and procedures and experience managing a team. Experience of HR practices within a Higher Education sector school or department is high desirable, as is a CIPD qualification or equivalent.
The successful candidate will have highly developed interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, tact and ability to deal with highly difficult and sensitive situations, and a genuine desire to support and enhance staff wellbeing and job satisfaction.
