The Department of Chemical Engineering is seeking a highly motivated researcher to work as Research Associate in the Molecular systems Engineering (MSE) Group within the realm of an Impact Acceleration Award, funded jointly by EPSRC and the BP International Centre for Advanced Materials, (BP-ICAM).
The aim of the project is to critically assess the available options for molecular modelling for physical property prediction and to produce a “best practice” report.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
You should have a PhD or EngD in Chemistry, Materials, Chemical Engineering or related discipline and a specialization in Theory and Simulation of Materials.
The post is available immediately with a start date preferably of or close to 1 April 2023 and will be for up to 12 months in the first instance. The post is based in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London (South Kensington Campus).
