The University of Westminster is one of the leading providers of Construction, Real Estate and Project Management related Apprenticeship programmes in the country. We have an outstanding track record of producing high calibre apprentices, many of whom now occupy senior positions within these fields.
If you have a background in these sectors and are looking for an opportunity to have a transformative impact on the professional lives of our apprentices and help shape the next generation of the workforce, these are exciting opportunities to do just that; taking your practical experience within or alongside these industries and helping address the skills’ gap through inspirational mentorship and coaching of our apprentices.
We are seeking two new colleagues to join us as Apprenticeship Skills Coaches. These crucial roles will provide exceptional support apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to successfully complete their apprenticeship and go on to fulfilling careers. This is an excellent opportunity for industry practitioners or those working in Further Education to launch a career in the Higher Education Apprenticeship sector at an ambitious and supportive institution.
You will provide key relationship management with corporate partners and employers, be an ambassador for the University, our apprentices and our programmes. Fundamental to this role will be the development of our apprentices, providing the support they need and guidance to ensure they have all the tools they need to excel.
