The Learning and Teaching Academy (LT Academy) is pleased to offer a part time (0.5FTE) open ended opportunity to support the day to day running of the Academy.
Working within a small team of administrators, you will provide a comprehensive professional administrative support to the LT Academy. This is a varied, part-time role providing support to the Senior Leadership team. The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administrative or office environment and experience of co-ordinating multiple diaries and servicing meetings. The role also requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders and managing shared email mailboxes, with the ability to prioritise workload and work collaboratively with colleagues, providing cross-cover within the LT Academy team.
You will also support with HR administration for the team, supporting with recruitment, and the day-to-day administration of our CPD Programme.
This post is part-time (17.5 hours per week (work pattern is flexible to fit around the candidate)) and open-ended.
Salary: £23,715 - £27,929 per annum, pro-rata (Grade 4). An appointment is normally made at the bottom of the scale.
