We are looking for a Finance Administrator, PA and executive support to the Chief Financial Officer and to ensure there is provision of good quality, confidential administrative support for the department’s Senior Team members. The post holder will build excellent relationships across professional services and with other support offices to ensure the effective administration of the finance department.
You will provide a high level, confidential and professional PA and executive support service to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the senior Finance Team. The post holder will also support the Finance Department in a number of administrative tasks such as recruitment; leading on Health and Safety compliance for the department and supporting staff communications such as editorial support for the Finance newsletter and updating the Finance intranet pages. The post holder will build excellent relationships across professional service and with other support offices to ensure the effective administration of the finance department. Regular attendance on campus is required to discharge the duties of the role.
The post is a full-time, 35 hours per week, and open ended.
Salary: £23,715 - £27,929 per annum (Grade 4)
Standard working pattern: Monday to Friday
