The University of Birmingham is seeking to appoint a Project Manager to join its Estates Capital Development team.

Role Summary
The Project Manager will play a key role within the Estates Development team, with specific responsibility for managing refurbishment and new build projects from inception to completion as the Lead Project Manager. You will personally manage projects typically in the £50k to £5m value range but will also gain the opportunity to support Senior Project Managers on the delivery of major capital projects from £10m to £100m plus.
We are seeking an individual that is motivated to progress their career in a project management role across a diverse range of projects. You will have formative experience in leading the delivery of refurbishment and new-build projects, with a strong technical background and construction contract management experience.
