This role will be working with an enthusiastic and exciting new team in the Research Strategy and Policy Unit to develop the area of research practice at the University.

The team is currently working in a hybrid manner, with a minimum of 50% of working hours spent in the office in central Oxford.
About the Role
Working together, we will recognise the variety and rapidly evolving nature of what constitutes good practice in research, and will support researchers with training and guidance on how to make their research practice even better.
As part of the team, you will be dedicated to integrating and developing guidance, providing support and training in core areas of research practice, including: research integrity and ethics, open research, open access, research data management, reproducible and transparent research, responsible research and innovation, and research impact. You will also coordinate and support the work of the Reproducible Research Oxford Network (RROx), the local network for the UK Reproducibility Network.
About You
We are looking for a resourceful and creative individual who will apply their knowledge of research practice to help deliver a series of collaborative initiatives, in particular organising, delivering and evaluating training in one or more areas of research practice.
The position is available full-time (or if part-time – 80% FTE minimum).
