We are looking for an experienced and strategic marketing professional to take primary responsibility for CJBS's marketing and communications activities regarding the MBA programme - the flagship teaching programme at Cambridge Judge Business School. You will take specific responsibility for generating awareness, engagement and applications for the MBA (in line with class-size, quality and diversity targets), in an ever increasingly competitive global environment, to ensure the success and growth of the Cambridge MBA and thus revenue for CJBS.
The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of global marketing strategies, project management, message development, segmentation techniques and creative concept development. The candidate will manage a small team, and work with senior leadership to demonstrate the ROI of marketing, and use data-driven decisions to drive innovative marketing strategies. The role-holder will work with a range of stakeholders, including companies for media buying, creative development, content production, SEO and market research. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is a pre-requisite for this role. Significant knowledge and experience of marketing, recruitment and admissions in the international MBA sector is preferable. Applicants will also be skilled in use of tech and working with data, and must be competent in the use of databases, Microsoft Office suite and social media, with highly developed planning and analytical skills. A degree level qualification or equivalent experience is essential for this role.
