Life at the University of Salford
Supporting diversity and inclusion is at the heart of our community and we want our colleagues to reflect the diversity in our campus. As such, we welcome applications from candidates who might need to work flexibly, as well as those from underrepresented groups. We want our team to be a mix of people and skills, where everyone feels they have a voice and are able to succeed.
We continue to operate informal hybrid working arrangements and are open to a mix of remote and campus-based working. There will definitely be a requirement for you to be on campus, but how that mix of remote and onsite works will predominately be down to you to decide – we want you to manage your own time and commitments! We will discuss this with you as part of the selection process.
