We’re looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our HR team to play a key role in the delivery of a wide-ranging professional HR service. As part of a small team, you will provide advice to line managers and staff, taking a lead on the management of the staff development funding process and the Performance & Development Review cycle.
You will hold a CIPD qualification or have equivalent professional experience in a generalist HR Officer role or similar. You will have demonstrable experience of providing credible advice and guidance on a wide range of HR related topics and must have a flexible and can-do approach to your workload.
The post is suitable for blended working with a minimum 2 days per week in the office.
