We are seeking an Admissions Administrator to join our established team dealing with course enquiries and supporting applicants through the admissions process from application to enrolment.
The Admissions and Visa Compliance team, within which this appointment sits, is responsible for undergraduate and postgraduate admissions processes for both Harper Adams University and the Harper and Keele Veterinary School. The role acts as the first point of contact for many applicants and their advisors and offers support from initial enquiry through to enrolment. The role also includes working closely with staff in related administrative functions in the University and in support of Open days and other University wide promotional events.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisation and communications skills who thrives in a busy working environment and has an excellent eye for detail. Experience of office administration, multi-user databases and team working are essential, as well as the ability to work flexibly during busy periods.
