Working within IDG, we have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced PA/Administrator to join us and help contribute to the delivery of our aims and values. You will be working alongside a friendly and enthusiastic central administration team to deliver high quality administrative and project support to Strategic Change programmes and projects. This is a varied role within a growing University Group that requires flexibility, collaboration and initiative to ensure operating requirements are served and efficient, professional administrative support is provided to project teams. The role has the following key objectives:
- To support senior staff with the effective running of current Strategic Change projects including:
- Managing complex diary arrangements; scheduling, prioritising, organising and coordinating events and activities.
- Supporting project leads with project management, event and meeting logistics for teams, working groups, committees or project boards as required.
- Providing support for the production of materials for meetings, events, workshops including formatted documents, presentations and other collateral.
- Building and maintaining effective professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
