Dublin International Foundation College Was established in 1999 and has grown to become Ireland’s leading University Foundation College for non-EU students, located at Griffith College Dublin, South Circular Road, Dublin 8.

DIFC signed an exclusive agreement for Ireland with one of the world’s foremost University Foundation Providers NCUK in 2005 - who have 120 centres in 20 countries Worldwide. Over 30,000 International (non-EU) students have completed their foundation courses and transferred to NCUK Partner Universities in UK.

Over 50 Universities in UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand accept students into a wide range of Undergraduate and Post Graduate courses, 5 of their Partner Universities are ranked in the ‘Top 100 Universities in the World in 2023’ – QS Rankings.

About the role

Due to an exciting expansion programme, DIFC now want to appoint a Student Recruitment Manager to participate in the growth of the business.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new agents and new overseas markets for DIFC
  • Travel to overseas markets to recruit students and meet agents, upto 4 months over the year
  • Attend education exhibitions overseas
  • Liaise with Digital Marketing Company and agents for direct sales in overseas markets
  • Recruit direct students through website

Competencies

  • 3-5 years’ experience of international student recruitment – preferable but not essential
  • Travel overseas to recruit students
  • Ability to get on with people and sell courses
  • Some experience with selling courses directly
  • Attention to detail and IT proficient including CRM
  • Professional and courteous, with a proven track record in recruiting international students
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Location:  Head Office, Suite 4, Osprey Complex. John Devoy Park Naas – Co. Kildare Ireland

Salary:  Circa 50,000 Euro’s and attractive package for the right candidate depending on skills and experience
