The Leadership, Governance and People Management group are looking for a candidate who can make a significant contribution to our undergraduate and postgraduate CIPD accredited courses, as well as teaching on general HR and organisational behaviour modules.
We are a highly dedicated team which is committed to high quality teaching provision, scholarly activity and research for evidence-based practice, with a long history of applied learning and engagement with the business community.
We are seeking candidates who have relevant HR and business experience, in addition to appropriate teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, to work with our students to expand their knowledge and skills in HRM and leadership. You will have a strong commitment to ensuring an outstanding student experience, which is focussed on achieving high levels of employability and a track record of research in the subject area.
