The Faculty of Medicine and Health is a fast-paced and thriving Faculty within the University. Working with the Faculty Student Casework Officer you will offer support to colleagues across the Faculty with queries relating to Student Casework. Including having an in-depth knowledge of central University Student Casework procedures and responding to individual students’ circumstances by offering advice in line with policy.
You will also be working as part of the Student Education Service, a passionate and ambitious University service that supports over 39,000 students and over 9,000 staff, to deliver an exceptional student experience.
