About the role
Based primarily at the Bloomsbury campus with activities on all three UCL Medical School campuses (Hampstead, Archway and Bloomsbury). An office based role but trialling hybrid working with at least 40% in the office. Thursdays and Fridays are in the office, with early starts (8:30) during Term Time The post holder will be responsible for managing CPP Tutor recruitment and staffing issues such as contracts, payments and allocation to sessions, and for administrative assistance with quality assurance activities such as site visits and medical student feedback. The post holder also assists with management of the online MBBS Curriculum Map. This is post is available until 12 September 2023 in the first instance.
About you
The successful candidate will hold a good general education to A Levels or equivalent and will have experience in a professional services role, preferably in a Medical School or other academic environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal pleasantly, confidently and effectively with colleagues and students is essential as is the ability to problem-solve and to work methodically, prioritise and manage tasks.
