About the Role
The post holder will oversee and manage the administration of postgraduate programmes in the school, they will be responsible for administering module registration, examinations, timetabling and quality assurance. They will work closely with the Teaching and Learning Manager to discuss and agree strategy relating to teaching activities for PGT programmes, and to ensure that processes and procedures are in place so that administrative systems run smoothly for teaching activities and assessment.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience of managing teaching activities/ students within a higher education setting. You will also have experience of programme management at either UG or PGT level. You will have a proven ability to use your initiative to review processes and procedures and develop systems / solutions. Excellent organisational skills are essential.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is full time, fixed term post for 6 months, with an expected start date in as soon as possible. The starting salary will be Grade 5, in the range of £40,386 - £47,414 per annum pro-rata, inclusive of London Allowance.
