As one of our HR Project Manager, you will develop and maintain a project management framework for the department whilst working on a wide range of HR projects. This will involve overseeing the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of projects, bringing together colleagues from inside and outside of HR to ensure effective scope and delivery. The role will involve supporting senior HR leaders with institution-wide people related projects, as well as working with HR colleagues to develop KPIs and measures of success for projects to ensure that they can be evaluated effectively.

We are looking for someone who can co-ordinate and drive forward projects with enthusiasm and commitment. Experience of working with HR in a large complex organisation to support project work, and of delivering projects to successful completion are both key requirements of the role.
