As a member of the HR Leadership team and reporting into the new Head of Resourcing, Pay and Reward, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high quality, strategically driven recruitment and resourcing service to the University.

In this key new role, you will lead the Recruitment and Resourcing team (8 FTE), to deliver a proactive, solution focused and consultative recruitment and resourcing service. This will involve you leading the development and delivery of innovative and sector-leading recruitment and resourcing activities to attract high quality, diverse and international candidates to the University and ultimately enable our schools and services to achieve their strategic aspirations. You will be a subject matter expert in recruitment and resourcing and provide expert advice to University senior leaders enabling them to benefit from innovative and creative approaches that identify, engage with, and secure the best talent.

You will have substantial experience of working in an HR department in a large, complex organisation and of leading innovative UK and international recruitment campaigns. Up to date and practical knowledge of UK immigration legislation is also required.
