This is an exciting time to join the University of Bradford, as we look to continue to grow our international reputation through outstanding applied research and constant innovation throughout all of our academic disciplines.
We are looking for two resilient people professionals to join our team on a 12 month fixed term basis, to work within our People Operations Team in supporting the strategic and operational people guidance to Faculties/Directorates.
You will have the ability to build excellent and effective working partnerships with the Dean/Director, senior managers and staff. You will be responsible for delivering innovative and creative people solutions and change management processes which anticipate and meet changing workforce requirements. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information/rules/legislation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing case work, including disciplinary and grievances processes, delivering a customer focused people service. Alongside this you will have the ability to deliver internal training sessions and 'on the job' training to individuals and groups.
You will be CIPD qualified to a minimum of level 5.
