About the role
We are looking for a Professor and Director for our Executive MBA Health. This person will strengthen our interdisciplinary research in business and health, mentor early career colleagues and supervise doctoral candidates. We are particularly interested to identify someone who can build our research and education agenda in strategic management and/or organisational development. They will also lead the development of the Executive MBA programme with the support of our MBA team and director. They will collaborate and work across UCL, the wider academic community and sector to ensure collaborative research and teaching at the highest level.
About you
You must hold a PhD in management, health management or a related field. You will be an internationally recognised academic in your field who has published extensively in leading journals and has a track record of grant funding. You will be actively engaged with advising industry, healthcare and government on various matters. You will also be known for driving innovation in your field. You will have supervised doctoral candidates. We are also looking for experience of teaching on an MBA programme. You will also be experienced at delivering online learning and teaching. You will be a natural communicator and a passionate team player willing to contribute to the education, research and student experience profile of GBSH.
