The Student Timetabling and Room Booking Operations Team is recruiting for a talented and well-organised Timetabling Officer who will provide timetabling services to Henley Business School.
Working within the wider Student Services Teaching & Learning Operations area, you will create, maintain and publish University Teaching & Learning timetables.
You will be the central point of contact for Henley Business School, and will work closely with academic and administrative staff to produce high quality timetables for students.

The role will initially be based on the University’s Whiteknights campus. Following successful completion of the probationary period, the University’s Smart Working Framework offers flexibility to complete some work from home.
There is flexibility to choose when during the working week the 18 hours are completed.
