Bangor University School of Medical Health Sciences is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced lecturer to join our academic team to support the bilingual delivery of the interprofessional aspects of the curriculum. The intention of this post is to sustain and further develop the programme’s Welsh medium provision which enables students to study a meaningful part of their course in Welsh and access the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol Incentive Scholarships.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this post.

The successful candidate will possess a degree (Grade 7) or a Postgraduate degree (Grade 8) in a relevant subject area and will have current professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a registered midwife.

Successful candidates will be expected to commence as soon as possible and the post is available until 31 July, 2024.

This role will be located on campus at Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
