About the role
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Lecturer in Management/Marketing. The candidate should be able to teach wide variety of topics relating to Management (e.g. International Business, Organisational Behaviour, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management) and/or Marketing (e.g. Introduction to Marketing, Marketing Management, Marketing Strategy, Marketing Analytics) and other related business modules at both UG and PG levels. They will contribute to the portfolio by convening modules/programmes, teaching, programme development, and portfolio development at the IMS. Leadership in administrative and teaching responsibilities is essential.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a good first degree and a PhD in Management or Marketing (or a related field) or relevant industry experience; prior teaching experience in the areas of management/marketing; and experience or clear indication of ability to develop innovative graduate and/or undergraduate programs and/or online teaching.
